On Monday 18th July the National Shop Stewards Network in London is collaborating with London RMT, CWU and FBU to call a Joint Union Meeting, along with speakers from NUT and PCS.  Following coordinated action on 30th June this meeting will be discussing what can be done to bring out the whole public sector in the autumn

 

23 July

Derby protest over plans to cut 1400 jobs. Unions representing the Bombardier workforce in Derby confirmed today that they will be mobilising a mass demonstration as a result of the Governments’ refusal to award the company the Thameslink carriage contract. www.shopstewards.net/news.120
